Our client is an AI technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Build the infrastructure behind an expert marketplace, covering acquisition, assessment, onboarding, matching, and internal operations.

What you'll do

\- Create outreach, assessment, interviewing, and onboarding systems.

\- Build tools for expert profiles, availability, and project staffing.

\- Automate manual workflows for growth and operations teams.

\- Instrument funnels and partner with internal users to resolve bottlenecks.

\- Develop recommendation and matching capabilities as the platform grows.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 2 to 5 years of relevant full-stack software engineering experience.

\- Experience owning and shipping complex systems end to end.

\- Strong Node.js or Python skills and Kubernetes experience.

\- Production software experience in a demanding technical environment.

\- A degree and strong engineering fundamentals.

Bonus points

\- Marketplace or growth infrastructure experience.

\- Experience with Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch, or AI data platforms.

## Benefits

Compensation and benefits

\- Base salary: USD 250,000 to 300,000 per year.

\- Equity: Competitive Equity.

\- A performance bonus of up to USD 100,000 is listed in addition to base salary.

Location and work model

\- Five days per week, Monday through Friday, onsite in the Financial District of San Francisco, with flexible working hours.
