The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own the product direction for a creative software platform, from early ideas through to finished outputs. This is a hands-on founding role in which you set priorities, shape the long-term roadmap and work closely with engineers and users. You will also build the product function itself as the team grows. What you'll do \- Define and own the product roadmap for a creative software platform, from early ideation through to 3D outputs and planned future capabilities. \- Set priorities and long-term product strategy rather than building isolated features. \- Work with engineers day to day on delivery, check-in points and technical trade-offs. \- Meet with professional users and institutional customers to learn their workflows and decide what the product should become. \- Research competing tools and the wider AI market, then bring insights and new ideas to the team. \- Recruit and grow a product team as the company expands, working directly with the chief executive. ## Requirements What we're looking for \- Five-plus years in product roles, with exposure to several employers rather than a single organization. \- A track record of building products from zero to one and helping them scale at startups. \- Hands-on experience with AI and retrieval-augmented generation systems. \- Comfort taking on a wide range of tasks in a fast-moving environment and building a function from scratch. \- Ability to communicate well with engineers and handle engineering pushback.
