Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Drive new business for an enterprise software offering, running deals from prospecting through signature. The work is mostly outbound and involves technical buyers and senior executives. You will also relay market insight to product and engineering colleagues, and you will sit in a small sales team.

What you'll do

\- Run complex enterprise deals end to end, from initial outreach through close.

\- Prospect proactively for new business, with outbound outreach as the main motion alongside some inbound leads.

\- Sell a technical software product to engineers, operators and operations leaders.

\- Explain the business value of complex operational software to executive and engineering stakeholders.

\- Pass customer and market feedback to product and engineering teams to inform the roadmap.

\- Work toward an annual new-business quota.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 5+ years of B2B closing experience in high-stakes sales.

\- A track record selling complex operational software platforms to enterprise buyers.

\- Background at hardware, industrial or other technically demanding companies.

\- Enough technical fluency to hold credible conversations with engineers and plant operators.

\- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast pace in a small startup environment.

\- Based in Los Angeles and able to work in the office 3 to 4 days per week.
