The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Design and build core platform software with a very small engineering group, covering both AI-driven application features and the infrastructure underneath them. The work includes owning major systems from design through production and helping define how the team engineers software. What you'll do \- Design and build specialized AI agents from the ground up. \- Develop and maintain the infrastructure that hosts and runs customer-facing services. \- Take full ownership of core systems, making key architectural choices early. \- Set the engineering conventions and working practices that the team will follow as it grows. \- Split your time between the AI application layer and the more demanding infrastructure layer. ## Requirements What we're looking for \- 2 to 5 years of professional software engineering experience, including time in a startup setting. \- A record of delivering and maintaining sizeable software products from concept to production. \- Solid working knowledge of TypeScript and building modern web applications across the stack. \- Practical experience creating applications powered by LLMs and autonomous agents. \- A bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, with room for flexibility given a strong professional record. \- A strong academic or startup background. \- Comfort working independently and creating new systems with little guidance.
