The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Handle commercial litigation matters with a focus on construction disputes, working independently while collaborating closely with partners and fellow associates. The role covers legal research, written advocacy and case strategy within a hybrid, team-oriented practice. What you'll do \- Manage construction litigation matters from start to finish with limited supervision. \- Conduct legal research and draft briefs and other court filings. \- Develop case strategy for construction disputes. \- Work with partners and associates across the commercial litigation practice. \- Carry a caseload in line with an annual billable hours expectation of approximately 1,900. \- Work in the office 3 days per week and remotely the rest of the week. ## Requirements What we're looking for \- 4 to 8 years of post-JD experience with a genuine concentration in construction litigation, not just general commercial litigation. \- JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record; a transcript is required at submission. \- Admission to the New Jersey bar, or the ability to waive in within 3 to 6 months. \- A stable employment history without a pattern of short tenures. \- Ability to commute to the office 3 days per week and a willingness to work in person with the team. \- Authorization to work in the United States.
