The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Join at an early stage as a traveling outbound seller who meets prospective buyers face to face and sets up appointments for a closing colleague. The work blends regular multi-state road time with route planning, outreach and follow-up from home, with room to grow into a closing position. What you'll do \- Travel across several states most weeks, introducing the offering to prospects on site and arranging qualified appointments and demos for a closer. \- Map out travel routes, assemble target account lists and follow up by phone and email during weeks spent off the road. \- Build early-stage pipeline across a range of healthcare provider organizations. \- Report back to company leadership on which messages land, who the right buyers are and which objections come up, helping to define the field sales approach from the ground up. \- Work toward a quarterly goal for appointments set, with boosted commission rates during the first quarter. ## Requirements What we're looking for \- Background in outside sales or in-person business development, ideally in a field-visit environment such as healthcare products or diagnostics. \- A record of generating opportunities through walk-in outreach, measured by appointments booked. \- Willingness to work long hours in a very small, fast-moving team. \- Based in the US and ready to be on the road across multiple states most weeks. \- Thick skin and the persistence to keep returning after a turned-away visit.
