Our client is a healthcare technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead the creation of polished web interfaces for both an external consumer audience and an internal professional audience. Partner with backend, machine learning and product colleagues to turn new capabilities into dependable features, and help guide how frontend engineering is organized as the team matures.

What you'll do

\- Build and maintain a fast, accessible and well-crafted consumer web and messaging experience.

\- Create a dense, information-rich internal interface that presents the right details to professional users when they need them.

\- Work with backend and machine learning colleagues to turn model capabilities and third-party integrations into shipped product features.

\- Guide frontend architecture decisions covering shared component libraries, application state, automated testing and page speed.

\- Iterate rapidly using direct input from internal users.

\- Collaborate with product colleagues on the overall look and feel of the product.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- Five or more years of shipping customer-facing web applications in a production setting.

\- Bachelor's degree and solid computer science fundamentals.

\- Advanced skill in TypeScript, JavaScript and React, including Next.js.

\- Strong command of CSS, animation and component-based design systems.

\- Frontend specialization paired with a working knowledge of backend systems and cross-functional collaboration.

\- Familiarity with applying AI and large language models in products.

\- Experience working at an early-stage startup.

\- A self-directed, inventive approach, with comfort leading wide-ranging projects in uncertain conditions.

\- Verified eligibility to work in the United States through E-Verify.

Bonus points

\- Experience at a startup in healthcare or another regulated industry.
