## Description

About the company

Our client is a legal technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Serve as the link between attorneys, clients and product developers, shaping how legal work is delivered through automated processes. Take ownership of client setup and the overall quality of the day-to-day user experience, turning legal requirements into reliable, polished workflows.

What you'll do

\- Lead client onboarding by translating each client's business needs into tailored legal workflows.

\- Review and validate issues flagged by automated tools, checking accuracy and completeness across client documents and filings.

\- Turn client feedback and attorney needs into clear product requirements for engineers.

\- Refine prompts, modules and automated workflows so they become more dependable over time.

\- Use command-line and AI workflow tools hands-on to build and adjust legal workflows, without needing to be a full-time engineer.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 3+ years of experience, with a legal background such as a JD, practice as an attorney, or meaningful legal technology experience.

\- Ability to review contracts and commercial documents, spot issues and sanity-check legal workflows.

\- Solid product instincts, including mapping how users move through a process and spotting where it falls short.

\- A record of owning deliverables, running processes or converting user needs into written requirements.

\- Prior work helping new clients get set up and live on a software product.

\- Comfort in a fast-moving early-stage or high-growth environment where you own problems from start to finish.

\- Proficiency with AI tools beyond basic chatbots, including prompt writing, agents and building AI-assisted workflows.

\- Familiarity with command-line tools and low-code or no-code workflow builders.

\- Located in the San Francisco area and available to work on-site full time.

\- Existing US work authorization as a citizen or permanent resident.

Bonus points

\- Experience in legal technology, law firm innovation or an in-house legal team at a startup.

\- A JD is preferred, though related legal technology experience can substitute.
