Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Build backend services and AI agents for finance workflows, owning a small module of the product from design through production and working closely with the people who run the process today.

What you'll do

\- Develop and maintain backend services that power AI agents in a finance product.

\- Shape the prompts, tools, evaluation suites and safety controls that govern agent behavior.

\- Spend time with accounting professionals to understand their workflows before automating them.

\- Contribute to front-end work when a problem requires it.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- One to four years of backend engineering experience.

\- Experience building and putting AI agents into production.

\- A bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related engineering discipline.

\- Willingness to work on-site in New York City five days a week.
