Our client is a software-enabled professional services company building tools for complex case workflows. Its engineers develop internal systems and customer-facing applications with close input from operations teams.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Build product capabilities as a Senior Software Engineer across frontend and backend. You will own complex interfaces, data models, APIs, and real-time workflows from prototype through reliable release.

What you'll do

\- Develop full-stack product features for case management and applicant experiences.

\- Evolve React architecture for complex state and live data.

\- Build document editing, review, and collaboration tools.

\- Create interfaces for people supervising AI-assisted workflows.

\- Partner with product, design, operations, and customers on usable solutions.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- 4+ years of full-stack product engineering experience.

\- Deep React and TypeScript expertise and comfort building backend services.

\- Experience developing sophisticated web applications.

\- Strong judgment around state, synchronization, concurrency, and performance.

\- Startup or early growth-stage product experience.

\- A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in computer science or a related field.

Bonus points

\- Editors, collaborative applications, CRDTs, SSE, or WebSockets experience.

\- AI-powered product experience.

\- Workflow orchestration, queues, retries, or idempotency experience.
