Our client is a fast-growing software company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Act as a senior engineer who takes projects from concept through release, working alongside product and other functions. Help set technical direction and strengthen the team's engineering practices through hands-on review and mentoring.

What you'll do

\- Own the full lifecycle of new features and services, from planning through production release.

\- Work with product and other partners to influence system architecture and long-term technical plans.

\- Give constructive, detailed input on design proposals and pull requests to keep quality high.

\- Talk with users directly to collect feedback and understand what they need.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- Currently holds a Senior engineer title.

\- At least 2 years of software engineering experience shipping production systems.

\- Track record of guiding sizable, complex products to launch on a team with a demanding engineering standard.

\- Well-rounded fundamentals across user interfaces, backend services and reusable infrastructure.

\- Solid skills in analytical problem solving, designing data structures and building APIs.

\- Clear written and verbal communication, including making complex topics understandable to non-technical colleagues.

\- Product-minded, with interest in contributing to strategic decisions.

\- Decisive, resourceful, ownership-driven approach with a strong work ethic and dependability.

\- Current or recent experience at a high-growth startup with a strong engineering culture.

\- Collaborative, humble and empathetic, with a drive to help colleagues grow.

\- Authorized to work without visa support and able to work on-site in the role's location.
