Our client is a fast-growing technology company.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Own new-business sales from first outreach through signed deals, building your own pipeline through a blend of inbound and outbound activity. You will meet buyers face to face when needed and keep a tidy, well-managed set of accounts.

What you'll do

\- Manage the complete sales process, from prospecting and discovery through to closing new accounts.

\- Divide your time evenly between responding to inbound leads and reaching out to new prospects to create your own pipeline.

\- Meet customers, including in person when travel is needed, to understand their needs and build lasting relationships.

\- Represent the company at industry conferences and in customer meetings with operational leaders.

\- Use a CRM to keep your accounts and pipeline organized and up to date.

\- Collaborate with colleagues in a humble, team-first way.

## Requirements

What we're looking for

\- At least 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience covering the whole deal process, including generating your own new leads.

\- Background at an early-stage startup.

\- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a strong work ethic and drive to win.

\- A low-ego, independent approach and real enthusiasm for being an individual contributor at a young company.

\- Residence in one of the designated metro areas and willingness to travel to meet customers in person.

Bonus points

\- Experience selling to government or municipal buyers.

\- A track record of fast promotions.
