The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Build and own the automation, data and reporting systems that let a growing sales organization spend its time selling. As the first person in this function, you will work hands-on with sales reps to remove manual work and increase the volume of qualified leads. What you'll do \- Build and maintain outbound sales infrastructure, including email deliverability setup, campaigns and multi-channel sequences. \- Set up CRM integrations, data quality processes and lead data enrichment workflows so pipeline information stays reliable and accessible. \- Create live dashboards and reports that show lead volume, conversion and pipeline health without manual data pulls. \- Test and evaluate new tools and automations, measure their impact and retire what does not work. \- Make sure sales systems are fully operational for new sales hires from their first day. ## Requirements What we're looking for \- 3 to 5 years of experience in a go-to-market engineering, sales operations or similar technical role. \- A history of designing data workflows and outreach tooling that support a sales organization. \- Background in a small, rapidly growing company where you owned work end to end. \- Daily use of AI coding assistants to ship automations quickly. \- Hands-on experience running LLM APIs in production, including prompt design and evaluation loops. \- Comfortable working in the office five days a week. ## Benefits Compensation and benefits \- Base salary: USD 175,000 to 225,000 per year \- Equity \- Health, dental and vision coverage \- Flexible time off \- Paid company holidays \- Wellness benefits Location and work model \- New York, NY, United States \- On-site, 5 days per week in office \- Full-time ## Apply [Apply at Raydar](https://apply.workable.com/raydar/j/FB7D729887/apply) --- Powered by [Workable](https://www.workable.com)
