The role Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Join a team of transactional lawyers handling commercial property matters from preliminary planning to completion and the follow-up that comes afterward. The role suits an attorney with several years of practice who can manage their own workstreams and communicate clearly with senior colleagues and clients. What you'll do \- Oversee commercial property matters at every step, from preliminary term negotiations to the final signing and funding. \- Lead diligence workstreams, including reviewing title and survey materials and resolving title issues. \- Draft and negotiate term sheets, purchase agreements and related transaction documents. \- Obtain approvals from government bodies, lenders and other third parties, including land use matters. \- Coordinate with senior attorneys and a wider practice group on client matters. \- Handle closings and post-closing obligations, and help develop client relationships. ## Requirements What we're looking for \- Three to five years of real estate transactional practice. \- Experience handling deals end to end, from structuring through closing. \- Admission to the Colorado bar, or admission expected within about a month. \- Graduation from an accredited US law school. \- A consistent employment history. \- Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement.
