**About Reapra:**

At Reapra, we want to address long-term social problems for the betterment of society. In our current form, we are a venture builder trying to create new ways of building businesses for the wellbeing of the next generation and beyond. **About the role:**

This role will focus on community building activities, such as preparing marketing materials (e.g. website content creation), performing community outreach activities (e.g. meeting people, responding to people online), and data collection and analysis for community activities. This role will also include communicating in English and Tagalog, with a focus on the Philippines.

You will be working with a team that is primarily based in the GMT+8/+9 time zone and will need to communicate with them during those working hours. The role can also be either full-time or part-time and can be conducted either hybrid or remotely. The team environment is mainly English-speaking.

**Activities:**

Your main activities in this role will be:

-   Supporting the creation of marketing materials and website content
-   Creating content and responding to people via social media platforms
-   Translating content between English and Tagalog.
-   Meeting with community members (e.g. via call or in-person)
-   Synthesising and analysing data from community outreach activities

We are looking for candidates with a reflective mindset who want to better understand themselves and who have a deep curiosity in their personal growth. Ideally, the candidate will also be keen to work with team members from different cultural and disciplinary background, and open to exploring things with a beginner's perspective when learning and doing. We would also ideally like the candidate to feel comfortable communicating in spoken English and Tagalog with confidence to communicate in written English and written Filipino at a professional level.

More generally, strong interests in creating communities and meeting new people will be beneficial. You may also find this role interesting if you have an interest in the way businesses connect to future generations and/or an interest in story-telling.

Note: This role will require communicating in English and Tagalog.
