A core part of this approach is Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) program and Purpose Design program, a process designed to help individuals better understand their past, current identity, life mission and align these with meaningful work. ### **About the Role** We are looking for a highly driven individual who is interested in the intersection of psychology and business - understanding people and contributing to meaningful learning experiences. This role sits at the intersection of facilitation, participant support, research and program development. You will work closely with participants as they navigate questions around identity and purpose, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of the IFD program and Purpose Design program. The IFD program and Purpose Design program involve past childhood reflection, identity modelling and life mission development, ultimately leading to meaningful and practical application to work and life.  This role is well suited to someone who enjoys engaging with people and can adapt to different personalities and situations. The work involves supporting participants through complex and often open-ended conversations, therefore strong listening skills and interpersonal awareness are important.
