## Description

REBORRN is a new breed of management consultancy, future-proofing global marketing teams for the age of change. Its proprietary "**58:hours**" methodology tackles complex business challenges in under three days, by bringing the right people together in a focused, agile, and distraction-free environment. REBORRN is a cross-functional team of 65+ experts working across geographies to drive radical transformation to the world's leading marketing teams.

Focused on fast, impact-driven solutions, REBORRN's expertise spans every need of a modern marketing team, covering Strategy, Marketing Operating Systems, Change Management, and In-market Activation. Over the years, REBORRN has partnered with some of the world's most influential brands, including The Coca-Cola Company, Philip Morris International, L'Oréal, Nestlé, Bayer, PUIG, and more.

We are looking for a **Marketing Specialist** to own our digital channels end-to-end, lead complex marketing projects, and help us scale our brand and growth engine into 2026 and beyond. If you are someone who understands the power of storytelling, loves creating content, and wants to be part of a global, growing brand instead of waiting to be briefed on the next task, keep reading.

**What will your day-to-day look like?**

You will split your time between:

- **Run our digital channels**. Manage our digital ecosystem. Create and manage content across our channels, website, and publications, ensuring brand voice and channel fit before things go out.
- **Drive our content engine**. Plan, brief, and publish content across the year, including our podcast distribution. Manage projects alongside designers and external vendors. Assist the team with original content creation, including case studies and articles.
- **Lead complex internal projects**. Campaigns, brand updates, asset rollouts, smaller marketing initiatives. Keep REBORRN's brand assets, internal Wiki, and online presence up to date.
- **Events support.** REBORRN works globally, with initiatives across Europe. Your support could range from building custom landing pages to maximising content from live events.

**We're all about cross-functional collaboration.**

You will be working in a vibrant environment, so you can never expect to have just another typical day at work. It's not a role of comfort, and **you will never get bored**. That's a promise. And it doesn't stop there. You will always be more than welcome to get exposed to different departments within REBORRN and jump into cool projects that resonate with your personal interests. We are strong advocates of cross-functional collaboration.

## Requirements

**Who are you?**

You have 3 years of experience in digital and content marketing, ideally in B2B, professional services, agency, or a scale-up environment, but you're still genuinely passionate about it and hungry to keep improving. At the same time, you are eager to be exposed to more areas - you are more generalist than specialist, someone who can think strategically, roll up your sleeves, and execute. You bring ideas to the table and make them happen. What matters to us:

- You are **curious by default**. You read widely, ask why, and bring new things to the team. You do not wait to be assigned a learning curve.
- You are **AI-fluent and an active user of AI tools**. You use them daily for drafting, research, ideation, and analysis. You have a clear point of view on what is actually useful vs. hype and you can spot AI slop from a mile away.
- You are **tech-savvy**. Notion, Substack, LinkedIn analytics, basic design tools, Google Analytics. You are aware of and interested in new tools, you do not need handholding, and you constantly wonder how the next tool can save you time.
- You have **strong digital and content fundamentals.** You have run a social channel, a content engine, or something comparable. You know what a good editorial calendar looks like, and you can brief a designer or freelancer without it coming back wrong.
- You can **write and edit well**. You do not need to be a long-form essayist, but you can draft, edit, and protect a brand voice across LinkedIn, newsletters, decks, and short-form content.
- You **lead projects end-to-end**. Content campaigns, podcast episodes, internal initiatives. You set the timeline, manage the moving parts, get it across the line, and report back on what worked.
- You **don't take 'no' for an answer.** You are a natural at managing different projects and stakeholders, and you get things done.
- You are **self-organised and autonomous.** You take ownership, surface blockers early, and are **a master of your time and schedule**.
- You **care**. At REBORRN, we do not accept the "that's not my job" mentality. If someone spills coffee on the floor, you grab a mop.

## Benefits

**What's in it for you?**

Our most important perk is providing a workplace filled with top talent from diverse backgrounds who thrive on efficiency and the excitement of smart, fast-paced progress. **Here, everyone is weird in their own unique way.** We have a culture of continuous learning, so you will definitely be inspired and improve in your craft day by day.

This role also comes with genuine **fast growth potential**: own channels from day one, run internal flagship projects like the [Marketing Factories podcast](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PLE-QQ6MdAW4GHLn6WOGpFyKnRYhvuY060&si=Laf27kQU2OgaQMT2), and have a real seat at the table as REBORRN's marketing function scales.

- Unlimited, self-managed vacation policy
- Private medical insurance
- Top-notch tech gear
- Free Travel Card for public transport
- "All you can read" books programme
