## Description

Atuar como especialista de referência em Business Analytics no Produto Cartão de Crédito, liderando a identificação e a execução de alavancas de growth e lucro na operação e apoiando a liderança na definição da estratégia.

**RESPONSABILIDADES**

-   Conduzir iniciativas de alto impacto para crescer a base, o engajamento e a rentabilidade do cartão, da hipótese ao resultado medido

-   Diagnosticar retenção, uso e margem (P&L, DC, cohorts) e traduzir os achados em ações priorizadas por impacto financeiro
-   Fazer a ponte entre Produto, Política de Crédito, Cobrança e CRM/Martech, com visão de impacto cruzado entre as áreas
-   Ser dono dos modelos de budget e forecast, garantindo que sustentem as decisões da área
-   Apoiar a liderança na definição de roadmap, prioridades e estratégia do produto
-   Usar IA no dia a dia para acelerar análises, automatizar rotinas e elevar o padrão técnico do time

## Requirements

-   Formação superior completa

-   Uso de IA no dia a dia, como parte essencial da rotina de trabalho
-   SQL sólido para explorar e construir as próprias análises
-   3+ anos em Business Analytics ou áreas afins, preferencialmente em crédito, cartões ou fintech
-   Experiência comprovada em análise de P&L, unit economics e/ou forecast
-   Inglês/Espanhol avançado

-   Visão sistêmica e de negócio, conectando dado a resultado financeiro
