## Description

We're hiring a Production Planner to coordinate manufacturing schedules and keep output aligned with demand. You'll balance capacity, materials, and priorities to keep the plant running smoothly.

_What you'll do:_

-   Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity
-   Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials are available for scheduled runs
-   Adjust schedules in response to equipment downtime, staffing, or order changes
-   Track work order progress and communicate timelines to stakeholders

_What you bring:_

-   Experience in production planning, scheduling, or a related role
-   Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
-   Strong organizational and cross-functional communication skills
-   Ability to problem-solve under shifting priorities
