We offer competitive hourly pay of $18/hour + monthly commission, adding up to a total annual compensation of between $45,000 - $70,000, and a clear path for professional growth through our industry-leading training and development programs.

We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for **Optimum Communications –** a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services. 

**Who We’re Looking For**

We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with retail sales experience—particularly in wireless, mobile, or cable services—who thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy connecting with customers.

As a Retail Sales Representative, your main goal is to drive sales of telecommunications products and services such as Mobile, Internet, and other support services. You’ll develop a deep understanding of our offerings, strengthen your sales techniques, and maximize results through strategic upselling—all while providing exceptional customer experience.

-   Proactively engage customers to present and promote telecommunications products and services.
-   Recommend solutions based on customer needs, highlighting value and competitive advantages.
-   Effectively close sales and maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

## Requirements

**Qualifications**

-   1+ year of experience in retail, wireless, cable, or telecommunications sales required.
-   High school diploma or GED required.
-   Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
-   Proficiency with technology and point-of-sale systems.
-   Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
-   Willingness to support nearby store locations within a 35-mile radius of the home store (reliable transportation required).
