**The Position**

-   Full-time permanent position.
-   Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
-   Booking and arranging transport through transport and freight companies
-   Preparing consignment notes and other documentation
-   Preparing run sheets and tracking proof of deliveries
-   Consolidating delivery orders for Local Metro runs
-   Organising labels and documentation for external storage contractors
-   Assisting sales representatives and other staff with their queries
-   Administrative duties such as data entry, answering phones and emails

**About you**

-   Previous experience in a Transport, Warehouse Administration, or Clerical role.
-   Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-   Confident liaising with a variety of people across various teams and functions – including customers, transport/shipping companies and truck drivers.
-   Ability to prioritise, follow-up, and manage your time effectively
-   Computer literate with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
-   Adaptable, a natural problem solver with the ability to think on your feet
-   Dangerous Goods experience an advantage
