**About the Role** 

The **Inside Sales Coordinator** supports the Inside Sales team by managing the post-sale process after a customer provides verbal commitment. You’ll ensure a smooth transition from sale to completion by handling financing, contracts, scheduling, and Salesforce updates. 

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and ready to take ownership of accuracy and follow-through in a fast-paced sales environment. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure every order is completed correctly and efficiently. 

**What You’ll Be Doing** 

-   Handle live customer handoffs and guide them through financing, contracts, and install scheduling 

-   Update Salesforce opportunities with accurate project details and installation notes 

-   Communicate with customers to keep orders moving forward  

-   Generate customer and insurance quotes as needed  

-   Ensure same-day or next-day order completion  

-   Partner with Operations to ensure installation readiness  

-   Support team KPIs and participate in ongoing training and coaching 

**Qualifications** 

-   1–3 years of customer service, administrative support, or sales support experience preferred  

-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

-   Excellent organization and attention to detail  

-   Ability to problem-solve and confidently handle customer concerns  

-   Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and create positive experiences
