Position Summary: 

  
The Recruiting Sourcer will play a vital role in identifying and generating leads for healthcare providers through various channels, including web searches, job boards, and cold calling. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can effectively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the organization’s recruitment goals. The Recruiting Sourcer will collaborate closely with recruiters to ensure a seamless transition of leads for further engagement. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead Generation: 

-   Conduct thorough web searches and utilize job boards to identify potential healthcare providers, including physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals. 

-   Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads aligned with the organization’s hiring needs. 

Cold Calling and Outreach: 

-   Initiate cold calls and email outreach to potential candidates, effectively communicating high-level information about opportunities within the organization. 

-   Engage candidates to gauge interest and collect essential information such as contact details, specialties, and availability. 

Collaboration: 

-   Work closely with recruiters to pass along interested and qualified leads for further engagement. 

-   Provide detailed candidate information and insights to assist recruiters in the next steps of the recruitment process. 

1.  Tracking and Reporting: 

-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sourcing activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 

-   Generate regular reports on lead generation metrics, including the number of leads sourced, contacted, and converted. 

Compliance: 

-   Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in candidate sourcing and data handling. 

Qualifications: 

-   Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. 
-   Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field. 
-   Experience in healthcare recruitment is highly desirable. 

Skills and Competencies: 

-   Strong research and lead generation skills. 

-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

-   Ability to handle high-volume sourcing activities while maintaining attention to detail. 

-   Proficiency in using job boards, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems. 

-   Strong organizational and time-management skills.
