### **About the Role**

We are looking for a **creative and detail-oriented Visual Content Creator** who can transform marketing briefs and ideas into polished, high-performing marketing assets. This role combines **video production, motion graphics, and design**, supporting marketing campaigns, podcasts, and recruitment initiatives.

The ideal candidate is fluent in **video-first storytelling**, has an eye for **brand consistency**, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where creativity and precision meet.

### **Core Responsibilities**

### 🎥 **Video & Motion**

-   Produce and edit **full-length podcasts** (video and audio) for streaming platforms.
-   Edit **short-form content** (Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) with captions, B-roll, motion text, and “hook” intros.
-   Mix clean audio, apply color correction, and ensure broadcast-level sound and visuals.
-   Create **motion infographics, video explainers, and animated text** (using After Effects or templates).
-   Edit **video ads** for landing pages, funnels, and recruiting campaigns.

### 🎨 **Design & Brand**

-   Design **high-CTR thumbnails** for podcasts and short-form videos.
-   Produce static ad creatives, carousels, and other digital media for social, web, and email.
-   Maintain brand consistency across all designs and platforms.
-   Design assets for **lead magnets, newsletters, and marketing collateral**.
-   Deliver designs sized and optimized for each platform (YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, web).

### 🌐 **Web & Marketing Support**

-   Design and update **monthly newsletters** within **Go High Level CRM**.
-   Maintain organized cloud folders, project files, and creative archives.
-   Participate in twice-weekly creative standups for project alignment.
-   Work from written or video briefs and communicate effectively to clarify direction.

### **Software Requirements**

-   **Video Editing:** DaVinci Resolve (preferred) or Adobe Premiere Pro
-   **Motion Design:** After Effects
-   **Design:** Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (InDesign a plus)
-   **Captions:** OpusClip or native templates
-   **Project Management:** Google Drive, Trello
-   **CRM:** Go High Level

### **Qualifications**

-   3+ years of experience in content creation, video editing, or digital marketing design
-   Excellent English comprehension and communication
-   Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling instincts
-   Exceptional attention to detail in spelling, kerning, and framing
-   Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
-   Stable high-speed internet and modern editing workstation (Windows or Mac)

### **Bonus Skills**

-   Experience packaging **podcast content** (titles, hooks, descriptions, chaptering)
-   **Landing page or funnel design** experience
-   Familiarity with **B2B service or trades industry** marketing
-   Knowledge of AI-assisted content creation tools
