## Description

**Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month**

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Renewals Specialist for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning a portfolio of customer renewals.

**Role overview**

You will manage renewals from notice to close, keeping customers engaged and contracts on track.

**Key responsibilities**

-   Manage a portfolio of customer renewals from notice to close
-   Proactively contact customers ahead of renewal dates
-   Identify at-risk accounts and coordinate retention efforts
-   Process renewal contracts and update CRM records
-   Report on renewal rates and forecasts
-   Liaise with sales and customer success on upsell opportunities

**What you will need**

-   Experience managing renewals or subscription contracts
-   Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
-   Comfortable with outbound customer calls and emails
-   Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
-   Comfortable working UK business hours

**Nice to have**

-   Experience in a SaaS or subscription business
-   Familiarity with billing platforms
-   Experience with retention or win-back campaigns
