**Salary: R29 000 - R32 000 per month**

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Client Services Administrator for a UK employer, fully remote from South Africa.

**Role overview**

You will be the steady point of contact for a UK company’s clients, handling the admin behind each account so service promises are actually kept. It suits someone who likes tidy records and clients who feel looked after.

You will work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST) from home, with equipment guidance, a proper induction and a manager who is contactable through the day. This is a permanent role, not a short contract.

**Key responsibilities**

-   Own day-to-day client queries by email and phone through to resolution
-   Keep client records, contracts and account details accurate
-   Coordinate onboarding for new clients and gather what is needed
-   Prepare service reports and renewal paperwork
-   Chase internal teams so client commitments land on time
-   Escalate risks early rather than letting them drift

**What you'll need**

-   Two or more years in client services, account admin or customer support
-   Experience with a CRM or service desk tool such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Zendesk
-   Confident, professional written English with clients
-   Comfortable managing several accounts without dropping detail
-   Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work

**Nice to have**

-   Exposure to B2B or professional services clients
-   Experience with renewals or contract admin
-   Familiarity with SLA reporting
