**Role overview**

Remote Recruitment is looking for a remote Telesales Representative to support a UK-based employer from South Africa. You'll speak with prospects over the phone, introduce products and services, and help move interested buyers towards a sale. This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST).

**Key responsibilities**

-   Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads
-   Explain products and services clearly and answer questions
-   Qualify prospects and book follow-up calls or demos
-   Keep the CRM updated with notes and next steps
-   Work towards weekly and monthly targets

**What you'll need**

-   Experience with telesales, telemarketing or phone-based sales
-   A confident, friendly telephone manner
-   Familiarity with CRM tools
-   Clear spoken English and good listening skills
-   A reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
