Our client is a specialist UK-based recruitment consultancy looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Recruitment Resourcer** to join their growing team.

Working remotely from South Africa, you will support an experienced Recruitment Consultant by identifying, engaging and qualifying high-calibre candidates across specialist markets. ### Key Responsibilities

### Candidate Sourcing

-   Source high-quality candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, CV databases and professional networks.
-   Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates.
-   Headhunt specialist talent using creative and targeted search techniques.
-   Conduct market mapping to identify potential candidates for current and future vacancies.

### Candidate Screening & Assessment

-   Conduct telephone and video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
-   Qualify candidates against role requirements and present shortlisted candidates to the Recruitment Consultant.
-   Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
-   Manage candidate expectations with professionalism and clear communication.

### Recruitment Administration

-   Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the ATS and CRM.
-   Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications.
-   Ensure recruitment documentation and candidate information are completed accurately.
-   Support recruitment campaigns and ongoing talent pipeline management.

### Business Support

-   Assist with market research and talent mapping projects.
-   Provide recruitment intelligence and market insights.
-   Support business development initiatives through proactive candidate engagement.
-   Work closely with the Recruitment Consultant to deliver an outstanding recruitment service.

### Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

-   2–3 years' experience as a Recruitment Resourcer, Recruitment Researcher or Recruitment Coordinator.
-   Previous experience supporting permanent recruitment assignments.
-   International recruitment experience, preferably within the UK or US markets.
-   Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
-   A confident and professional telephone manner.
-   Strong organisational and time management skills.
-   Excellent attention to detail.
-   The ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
-   Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
-   A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.

### Equipment Requirements

-   Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
-   Stable, high-speed internet connection.
-   Professional home office environment suitable for remote working.
-   Backup power solution is advantageous.

### Working Hours

-   Full-time position.
-   Monday to Friday.
-   **09:00–17:00 UK time** (**11:00–19:00 SAST**, subject to UK daylight savings).
-   Fully remote, working from anywhere in South Africa.
