**Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month**

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Receptionist for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own the front desk, calls and enquiries for a UK team.

**Role overview**

You will be the first point of contact for a UK business, answering calls, welcoming enquiries and keeping the front office running smoothly from home. This is a full-time, 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK hours: 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).

**Key responsibilities**

-   Answer and direct calls and messages
-   Respond to general enquiries by email and chat
-   Manage diaries and book appointments
-   Handle post, deliveries and visitor logs with the team
-   Keep contact records up to date

**What you'll need**

-   Experience as a receptionist or front-desk administrator
-   Warm, professional spoken and written English
-   Confident with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
-   Good organisation and multitasking
-   Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST)

**Nice to have**

-   Experience with a virtual phone system
-   Familiarity with booking tools such as Calendly
-   Previous work with UK businesses
