**Role overview**

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Sales Representative to join a fully remote team supporting a UK-based employer. You will build relationships with prospects, understand their needs and guide them toward the right solution. This is a 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK time / 11:00–19:00 SAST).

**Key responsibilities**

-   Contact warm leads and follow up on enquiries
-   Understand customer needs and present suitable products or services
-   Move deals through the pipeline toward close
-   Keep the CRM accurate and up to date
-   Work toward monthly sales targets

**What you'll need**

-   Experience with sales or customer-facing work
-   A confident, friendly communication style
-   Familiarity with CRM tools
-   Good spoken and written English
-   A quiet home workspace with reliable internet and a headset
