## Description

Remote World is hiring a **Sales Representative** to join a growing UK-based business — fully remote, working South African hours aligned to the UK day.

You'll be the engine behind new business growth, reaching out to prospects, building relationships, and closing deals. This is a hands-on sales role for someone who enjoys conversations and hitting targets.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls and emails
-   Manage and grow a pipeline of potential clients from first contact to close
-   Present products or services clearly and handle objections with confidence
-   Maintain accurate records in the CRM after every interaction
-   Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by the UK client team

### What You'll Need

-   At least 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role
-   Strong verbal communication skills — comfortable on the phone and over email
-   Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
-   Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup
-   Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
