**Salary: R23 000 – R25 000 per month**

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Customer Service Agent for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.

**Role overview**

You'll be the first friendly voice UK customers hear, resolving queries and keeping them happy across chat, email and calls.

**Key responsibilities**

-   Respond to customer queries via live chat, email and phone
-   Log and track cases accurately in the CRM
-   Resolve complaints calmly and escalate where needed
-   Follow up to confirm issues are fully resolved
-   Spot recurring issues and flag them to the team

**What you'll need**

-   Experience in a customer-facing or support role
-   Familiarity with CRM or helpdesk software
-   Clear, friendly written and spoken English
-   Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work
-   Patience under pressure and a problem-solving mindset

**Nice to have**

-   Experience in a UK-facing support role
-   Familiarity with Zendesk or similar tools
-   Exposure to live chat support
