## Description

**Salary: R25 000 per month once full-time. This role is PART-TIME for the first three months, paid pro-rata for the hours worked, and becomes FULL-TIME after that. The move to full-time is how the role is built, not a maybe.**

A UK coaching business, fully remote from South Africa, needs someone to take the back end off the founder's desk. You will own the email workflows, the funnels and the content that reaches her clients.

**Role overview**

The client is a UK parenting coach and psychotherapist who helps parents manage their children's screen time. Small, established, growing. There is already a personal assistant of two and a half years who keeps the personal and bookkeeping side, and there are good SOPs. This is a new role, sitting across three areas: client success communications, organic social media, and back-end marketing in GoHighLevel.

It starts part-time so the founder can hand the work over properly rather than all at once. At three months it becomes a full-time seat at R25 000 per month.

**Key responsibilities**

-   Build email sequences and automated workflows in GoHighLevel from copy the founder supplies
-   Build and update landing pages and funnels for lives, launches and nurture campaigns
-   Turn recordings into finished content: captions, YouTube uploads, Instagram repurposing, membership area uploads
-   Run the organic social calendar across platforms
-   Handle client-facing and client success communications, warm and accurate
-   Process transcripts and group coaching recordings

**What you will need**

-   Hands-on experience building email sequences and automations in GoHighLevel, or a close equivalent you can transfer quickly (Keap, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, Kajabi). You will be asked to walk through a build
-   Experience building or editing landing pages and funnels yourself, rather than briefing someone else
-   Comfortable across social platforms end to end: scheduling, captions, uploading video to YouTube, repurposing long-form into short
-   Clear, careful client-facing writing. This is not a copywriting role, but accuracy and warmth matter
-   You work from a brief and finish without being chased

**Nice to have**

-   Basic bookkeeping or expense processing
-   Video editing or repurposing
-   Experience inside a coaching, membership or online course business

**What is on offer**

Part-time for three months, then full-time at R25 000 per month. Fully remote, UK business hours. A discretionary quarterly bonus tied to the business hitting its client targets. A small team, good SOPs and clients who are a pleasure to deal with.
