## Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our remote talent team. In this role you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling interviews and keeping our applicant tracking system up to date. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in South Africa. On a typical day you will screen CVs, reach out to potential candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate records. ## Requirements

Some recruitment, sales, or customer-facing experience preferred but not essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organisation and attention to detail. Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems. A proactive and people-focused attitude. Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working setup. Must be based in South Africa.
