**Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month**

Remote Recruitment is hiring a **Lettings Administrator** for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.

**Role overview**

You'll run the administrative engine of a UK lettings portfolio — moving tenancies from offer to move-in, keeping compliance paperwork current, and being the calm point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors.

The portfolio is busy and the deadlines are real — certificates expire, tenancies end, and contractors need chasing. You will be trusted to hold all of it without being asked twice.

You will work UK business hours from home, as part of a South African team placed directly with established UK employers.

**Key responsibilities**

-   Prepare and issue tenancy agreements, renewals and notices
-   Track gas safety, EPC and electrical certificates so nothing lapses
-   Coordinate referencing, deposits and move-in paperwork
-   Log maintenance issues and follow contractors through to completion
-   Keep the property management system accurate and current
-   Answer landlord and tenant queries by email and phone

**What you'll need**

-   Experience with property, lettings or contract-heavy administration
-   Familiarity with a CRM or property system such as Reapit, Alto or Jupix
-   Confident written English for tenant and landlord correspondence
-   Strong document control and diary discipline
-   Comfortable chasing third parties until a task is closed

**Nice to have**

-   Exposure to UK lettings legislation
-   Experience with deposit schemes such as TDS or DPS
-   Familiarity with maintenance platforms like Fixflo
