**Salary: R23 000 per month**

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Virtual Assistant to work with a UK-based employer from wherever you are in South Africa. This is a fully remote role working 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST). You will become the person the business leans on to keep the week running smoothly — diaries, inboxes, follow-ups and the small things that otherwise get dropped.

### Role overview

You will support a small UK team day to day, handling admin, scheduling and correspondence so the people you support can focus on their clients. The work is varied, and you will have real ownership of how things get organised. No two days look quite the same, and the role suits someone who likes tidying chaos into order.

### Key responsibilities

-   Manage calendars, book meetings and resolve scheduling clashes across UK and SA time zones
-   Monitor and triage a shared inbox, drafting replies and flagging anything urgent
-   Prepare documents, reports and simple presentations
-   Keep CRM records, spreadsheets and shared folders accurate and up to date
-   Arrange travel, process expenses and handle supplier correspondence
-   Chase outstanding actions and follow up on behalf of the team

### What you will need

-   One or more years in an administrative, PA or virtual assistant role
-   Experience with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
-   Familiarity with a CRM or project tool such as HubSpot, Asana, Trello or Monday
-   Clear written and spoken English, with a professional phone and email manner
-   A quiet home workspace, reliable fibre or LTE, and backup power
-   Comfortable working independently and asking questions when something is unclear
