## Description

**Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month**

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Data Entry Specialist for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own accuracy and quality of a UK business data.

**Role overview**

You will own the accuracy of business data for a UK team, entering, checking and cleaning records so everyone can trust the numbers. This is a full-time, 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK hours: 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST).

**Key responsibilities**

-   Enter and update records in CRM and spreadsheets
-   Check data for errors and clean duplicates
-   Reconcile records against source documents
-   Maintain consistent naming and formatting standards
-   Report data issues and suggest fixes

**What you'll need**

-   Experience in data entry, data admin or records work
-   Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, including lookups and filters
-   High typing speed with excellent accuracy
-   Strong attention to detail
-   Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST)

**Nice to have**

-   Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
-   Familiarity with Airtable or similar databases
-   Experience with data cleaning
