**Role overview**

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to support a UK-based employer as part of a fully remote team. You will find and qualify prospects so the sales team always has a healthy pipeline to work. This is a 100% remote role for South African talent, working UK business hours (09:00–17:00 UK time / 11:00–19:00 SAST).

**Key responsibilities**

-   Research and build lists of target prospects
-   Reach out by email, LinkedIn and phone to start conversations
-   Qualify leads against agreed criteria
-   Book meetings and hand over warm prospects to sales
-   Keep the CRM clean and well organised

**What you'll need**

-   Experience with lead generation, sales or research
-   Familiarity with CRM and outreach tools
-   Strong written English and a professional tone
-   An organised, persistent approach
-   A quiet home workspace with reliable internet
