## Description

**Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month**

Remote Recruitment is hiring a Lead Generation Specialist for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa, owning a steady flow of qualified leads.

### Role overview

You will build the pipeline. You will research target accounts, find decision-makers and run outreach that turns cold contacts into qualified conversations for a UK sales team.

### Key responsibilities

-   Research target companies and decision-makers
-   Build and clean prospect lists
-   Run personalised email and LinkedIn outreach sequences
-   Qualify replies and hand warm leads to sales
-   Track activity and conversion rates in the CRM

### What you'll need

-   Experience in lead generation, SDR or outbound prospecting
-   Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo or similar
-   Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot
-   Strong written English for outreach
-   Comfort working to lead and meeting targets

### Nice to have

-   Experience with sequencing tools like Lemlist or Outreach
-   Familiarity with UK B2B markets
-   Experience with data enrichment tools
