## Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a **Senior HR Business Partner** to support people strategy at a UK-based business. Fully remote from South Africa, you'll work closely with senior leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals and build a high-performing culture.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Partner with leadership teams to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives
-   Lead on employee relations matters including performance management and disciplinaries
-   Drive talent management, succession planning, and retention initiatives
-   Advise on UK employment law and policy interpretation
-   Lead organisational change projects from a people perspective

### What You'll Need

-   5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, ideally in a UK-facing environment
-   Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
-   Proven ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders
-   CIPD qualification or equivalent is advantageous
-   Reliable internet and a professional home workspace
