## Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to manage end-to-end recruitment for a UK-based organisation. You'll work fully remotely, partnering with hiring managers to source, assess, and secure top talent across a range of functions.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage full-cycle recruitment from job briefing through to offer stage
-   Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pools
-   Screen CVs and conduct structured competency-based interviews
-   Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers across the business
-   Track recruitment metrics and report on time-to-hire and quality of hire

### What You'll Need

-   3+ years of in-house or agency recruitment experience
-   Experience using ATS platforms (Workable, Greenhouse, or similar)
-   Strong interviewing skills and understanding of competency frameworks
-   Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management ability
-   Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace

-   Full-time, permanent remote position
