**Salary: R29 000 – R32 000 per month**

Remote Recruitment is hiring an **Onboarding Coordinator** for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.

**Role overview**

You'll run the new starter journey for a UK employer — from offer letter to first week — so every hire arrives with contract signed, checks cleared and induction booked.

A new starter's first impression of the business is largely your work. Done well, they arrive knowing where to be, what to expect and who to ask.

You will work UK business hours from home, as part of a South African team placed directly with established UK employers.

**Key responsibilities**

-   Issue offer letters, contracts and new starter documentation
-   Run right to work and reference checks and track completion
-   Set up new starters on the HR system and payroll
-   Coordinate induction schedules with hiring managers and IT
-   Chase outstanding paperwork before day one
-   Report on onboarding progress and time-to-start

**What you'll need**

-   Experience with onboarding, HR administration or recruitment coordination
-   Familiarity with an HRIS such as BambooHR, HiBob or Workable
-   Confident handling confidential employee data correctly
-   Strong follow-up discipline across many simultaneous starters
-   Clear, warm written English for candidate communication

**Nice to have**

-   Exposure to UK right to work or DBS processes
-   Experience coordinating IT and equipment provisioning
-   Understanding of probation and induction frameworks
