**Salary: R60 000 - R70 000 per month**

A UK business acquisition training company is hiring a Commercial Operations Manager, fully remote from South Africa, to own the numbers between marketing and revenue and to be measured on profit.

**The role**

They teach people how to buy businesses. The funnel is a free webinar, a low cost three day event, and a flagship mastermind programme priced from GBP 15 000. There are 2 000 current and past members who have never been offered the newest products. You will run the engine room: the commercial numbers, a small remote sales team, and the upsell of the existing member base. The founder wants to be on stage, not in a spreadsheet.

**What you will own**

-   The weekly commercial report: registrations, show rate, event conversion, programme conversion, average order value and refunds
-   Profit per campaign and per event, including cost per acquisition against revenue per client
-   A small remote sales team, their daily activity and their pipeline discipline
-   Reactivation of the existing member base into the newer products and programmes
-   Commission and bonus design, so that paying for performance costs less than it produces
-   The CRM, call recording, and the reporting that comes off both

**What you will need**

-   Two years or more inside a coaching, training, events or membership business, with hands on experience of a webinar to event to high ticket programme funnel
-   Evidence of being measured on money: margin, profit, revenue per lead or cost per acquisition, with numbers you can quote
-   A documented example of taking a business, a programme or a person from a standing start to a real result, with the figures to prove it
-   Experience managing sellers, including holding people to daily numbers, and experience building or fixing a commission structure
-   Experience owning a CRM end to end including the reporting, such as GoHighLevel, Keap or HubSpot

**Nice to have**

-   Exposure to business acquisition, mergers and acquisitions, or business brokerage
-   Recruitment and onboarding experience
-   Familiarity with AI tools in a commercial role

**What is on offer**

R60 000 to R70 000 per month, full time and long term. 100% remote, UK business hours (09:00 to 17:00 UK). Direct access to a founder who decides quickly, and a business with obvious unexploited revenue in it. Two interviews, and a decision in the same week.
