## Description

Remote Recruitment is hiring a **PPC Specialist** for our UK-based clients. This is a fully remote position offering South African professionals an excellent opportunity to work with leading UK employers from home. You will work UK business hours and join a supportive, fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities

-   Plan, build, launch and continuously optimise Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn campaigns
-   Manage and allocate advertising budgets strategically to maximise ROAS and efficiency
-   Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis and competitive benchmarking
-   Design and execute A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages and bidding strategies
-   Produce detailed weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
-   Stay current with platform updates and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage

Requirements

-   3+ years of hands-on PPC or paid media campaign management experience
-   Google Ads certified and Meta Blueprint certification is advantageous
-   Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Excel
-   Experience managing significant advertising budgets across multiple platforms
-   Data-driven mindset with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
