**What You’ll Do**

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven Sr Paid Social Specialist to support a high-volume luxury fashion account. This role will work closely with the internal paid media team to execute, monitor, and optimize paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. The position is primarily backend-focused, with little to no direct client interaction, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on campaign execution, data analysis, quality control, and collaboration.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest and more.
-   Manage campaign budgets, pacing, bids, and optimizations to support performance goals.
-   Execute campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
-   Conduct thorough campaign QA across campaigns, ad sets, ads, targeting, budgets, creative, URLs, and tracking.
-   Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improved efficiency.
-   Collaborate closely with internal paid media team members on campaign builds, planning, reporting, and optimization strategies.
-   Pull and analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights.
-   Support weekly reporting and ad hoc reporting, including Excel/Google Sheets reports and dashboard-based reporting.
-   Contribute performance insights and recommendations for campaign wrap-ups, QBRs, and other internal reporting deliverables.
-   Maintain strong data hygiene and ensure accuracy across campaign setup, reporting, and documentation.
-   Stay current on paid social platform updates, new products, targeting capabilities, and industry trends.
-   Support internal quality control and help identify opportunities to improve team processes and performance.

## Requirements

-   2+ years of hands-on paid social buying experience across multiple platforms.
-   Strong experience with Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, plus experience with Snapchat or Pinterest.
-   Experience managing paid social campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion objectives.
-   Experience managing medium to large advertising budgets, ideally $600K–$1.5M+ per month.
-   Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, pacing, bidding, targeting, and QA.
-   Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
-   Strong attention to detail and data hygiene.
-   Ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights.
-   Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
-   Strong written and verbal communication skills.
-   Comfortable working collaboratively within an agency environment.

## Benefits
