-   **The Warm Welcome:** Make outbound calls to new customers to welcome them to the brand and introduce them to additional products they’ll love.

-   **Support & Billing:** Act as a helpful guide for basic billing inquiries and account questions.
-   **Tech Stack Mastery:** Navigate daily tasks using **Aloware** (Phone), **HelpScout** (Email), **CheckoutChamp** (CRM), and the standard Google/Microsoft suites.

-   **An Experienced Pro:** You have **2+ years of sales experience** and a proven track record of hitting targets.
-   **A Communicator:** Your English communication and customer service skills are top-tier.

-   **A Team Player:** You thrive in a collaborative environment and support your peers.
-   **Golf Curious:** You don't need to be a pro yet, but you must have a **willingness to learn the game of golf** to better connect with our audience.

To succeed in this permanent WFH role, you must meet the following technical requirements:
