## Description

**Job Title: Social Media Manager**

**Work Schedule:** 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, Fully Remote

We are seeking a creative and strategic **Social Media Manager** to lead brand’s presence on TikTok. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with TikTok trends, has experience growing accounts organically, and can produce engaging short-form video content that resonates with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy aligned with brand goals.
-   **Grow social media channels \[TikTok, Instagram, Facebook\] reach out to creators, negotiate percentages, and grow daily with more and more creators. manage contact, etc.**
-   Create, edit, and publish daily/weekly TikTok videos that drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
-   Monitor trends, sounds, and challenges, and leverage them to produce viral content.
-   Collaborate with influencers or creators to expand reach.
-   Analyze performance metrics (views, likes, shares, engagement rate) and optimize content accordingly.
-   Manage TikTok community engagement (respond to comments, DMs, etc.).
-   Stay updated with platform updates and algorithm changes.
-   Work cross-functionally with the marketing, creative, and product teams.

## Requirements

-   Proven experience managing TikTok and other social media platforms for a brand, influencer, or agency.

-   A deep understanding of TikTok culture, humor, and trends.
-   Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
