## Description

### **Role: Electrical Takeoff Specialist**

We are seeking a detail-oriented **Electrical Takeoff Specialist** to perform accurate quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and assist in preparing electrical cost estimates for commercial and residential projects.

**Schedule:** 9 AM - 5 PM EST, Fully Remote

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Review electrical plans, specifications, and schedules.
-   Perform detailed **electrical material takeoffs** (lighting, power, conduit, wiring, panels, devices).
-   Measure conduit and cable lengths accurately.
-   Identify symbols, legends, and electrical systems.
-   Organize takeoff quantities by system and area.
-   Assist in preparing cost estimates and bids.
-   Collaborate with project managers and estimators.
-   Ensure accuracy and completeness of all takeoff data.

## Requirements

-   Experience performing **electrical takeoffs** for construction projects.
-   Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings.
-   Familiarity with NEC standards (preferred).
-   Proficiency in takeoff tools such as **PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or OST**.
-   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
