### **About the Role:**

We are seeking an experienced **Insurance Broker** to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for **quoting new policies**, **expanding to new carriers**, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance providers. You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive the best coverage options tailored to their needs.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

-   Quote and issue new insurance policies across multiple lines.
-   Research and establish partnerships with new insurance carriers.
-   Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting guidelines.
-   Advise clients on suitable insurance plans based on their needs and financial situation.
-   Negotiate terms and coverage with carriers to ensure competitive pricing and client satisfaction.
-   Handle renewals, endorsements, and policy servicing efficiently.
-   Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable service.
-   Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.

## Requirements

-   Minimum **2 years of experience** working in an insurance firm or brokerage.
-   Proven experience in **quoting and policy management**.
-   Strong knowledge of **insurance products and carrier networks**.
-   Excellent **communication and negotiation skills**.
-   Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
-   Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
-   Insurance license (if applicable) is an advantage.
