## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Billing & Credit card charging with experience in patient account management and payment processing. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in Tebra and has a background in medical billing.

### **Key Responsibilities**

-   Charge and process **credit card payments** accurately in **Tebra**.
-   Post payments and adjustments to patient accounts.
-   Reconcile patient accounts and resolve discrepancies.
-   Review billing records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
-   Follow up on outstanding balances and payment issues.
-   Maintain organized and up-to-date financial and patient records.
-   Coordinate with billing and administrative teams as needed.

## Requirements

-   Experience working with **Tebra** (required or strongly preferred).

-   Background in **medical billing** or healthcare administration.
-   Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
-   Ability to reconcile accounts and identify discrepancies.
